4. Payments

Payment terms, including deposits and milestones, will be agreed upon in writing before project work begins. Delivery timelines assume timely payment and timely feedback from the client.

5. Client Responsibilities

• Supply necessary content, assets, and access needed for the project
• Review and approve deliverables within agreed revision windows

6. Intellectual Property
